Town Hall Conference Center

The Town Hall Conference Center is located at 303 E Church Street, Benson, NC. The Conference Center has four rooms available for use with access to Audio/Visual accessories. For more information about renting a room(s) in the Conference Center please contact Laureen Shepard at (919)-894-3553

Conference Center Rates:

Residents (pays taxes to Town of Benson):

$35 per room per hour
$350 per day* (12 hours)

Non-Residents:

$60 per room per hour
$500 per day* (12 hours)

Non-Profit Groups- 501 (c) (3) designation:

(Groups provide copy of determination letter)
$25 per room per hour
$200 per day* (12 hours)

25 person limit
Ideal for small meetings or parties

Benson Rooms A+B:

80 person max
Room can split into two separate 40 person rooms with the use of the divider
