As officers and staff of the Benson Police Department, we are committed to providing the highest quality law enforcement services to our residents, and visitors.

We recognize our responsibilities of protecting life and property, maintaining order, impartially enforcing the law, and serving our fellow man.

We will utilize progressive thinking, education, and compassion in our deliberations, and we will make fair and equitable decisions.

We believe that we are a part of the community we serve, and that with our combined efforts, we can improve the quality of life for our residents, and build a culture of partnership with them.

We recognize the dignity of each individual; no matter their race, sex, or national origin, and we will render services to our community with courtesy, empathy, and respect.

Our legacy will be the trust and faith our community has in us, and we will strive tirelessly to build, maintain, and honor those relationships.
